Luke Sanders is an Osteopath, Personal Trainer, Educator and Ex-Royal Marines Commando. Luke has a
truly unique skill set which sets him apart in what is a competitive industry
with a deep knowledge in applied biomechanics and functional
anatomy.
Luke specialises in helping clients including athletes, personal trainers, physique athletes
and fitness enthusiasts train without low back pain and getting them into the shape of their lives.

As well as directly treating and training clients, Luke has shared his expertise, teaching
personal trainers and therapists across the world, eager to learn
how to hone their own skills and knowledge.
Having experienced injuries that threatened his own training Luke has used these experiences to provide a smarter, better and more effective way of helping you to train pain and injury free! So others do not have to experience the same fate.
